🔹 পণ্য বিক্রয় ও ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা
Mintiqo-তে বিক্রিত সকল পণ্যই সম্পূর্ণ ডিজিটাল ফরম্যাটে সরবরাহ করা হয়।
পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পরপরই আপনি তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে আপনার ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের ডাউনলোড লিংক পাবেন — ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ড্যাশবোর্ডে।
কোনো শারীরিক ডেলিভারি (physical delivery) করা হয় না। সার্ভার বিলম্বের কারণে বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ মিনিট পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।
🔹 মূল্য, মূল্যপরিবর্তন ও পেমেন্ট
সমস্ত পণ্যের মূল্য মার্কিন ডলার (USD)-এ নির্ধারিত।
Mintiqo কোনো পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পণ্যের মূল্য, বর্ণনা বা প্রাপ্যতা পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
সকল পেমেন্ট নিরাপদ আন্তর্জাতিক গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়। আমরা আপনার ক্রেডিট কার্ড বা পেমেন্ট তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করি না।
🔹 পণ্যের প্রকৃতি
আমাদের সমস্ত পণ্যই ডিজিটাল ফরম্যাটে তৈরি — যেমন Canva টেমপ্লেট, PLR প্রোডাক্ট, লোগো বান্ডেল, ও ডিজাইন রিসোর্স।
এই পণ্যসমূহ একবার ডাউনলোড করার পর ফেরত (return) বা বাতিল (cancel) করা যায় না।
🔹 বিক্রয় পরবর্তী সেবা ও দায়-সীমা
Mintiqo তার সকল গ্রাহককে সন্তুষ্ট রাখতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
যদি কোনো ফাইল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, অসম্পূর্ণ বা ডাউনলোড লিংক অকার্যকর হয়, আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম সেটি দ্রুত ঠিক করে বা নতুন ফাইল প্রদান করবে।
তবে, ব্যবহারজনিত ভুল, সফটওয়্যার অসামঞ্জস্যতা, অথবা ব্যক্তিগত ডেটা হারের জন্য Mintiqo দায়ী থাকবে না।
🔹 রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি
আমাদের পণ্যসমূহ ডিজিটাল হওয়ায় ডাউনলোডের পর কোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হয় না।
তবে যদি প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে আপনি পণ্যটি না পান, বা ফাইল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত থাকে এবং আমরা সেটি পুনরায় সরবরাহ করতে না পারি — সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে।

🔹 মেধাস্বত্ব ও কপিরাইট
Mintiqo.com-এর সমস্ত কনটেন্ট, ডিজাইন, ফাইল, টেমপ্লেট এবং ছবি কপিরাইট আইনের আওতায় সুরক্ষিত।
আপনি কোনো পণ্য পুনরায় বিক্রয়, বিতরণ বা দাবি করতে পারবেন না যদি না সেটি স্পষ্টভাবে PLR (Private Label Rights) বা Resell Rights হিসেবে উল্লেখ থাকে।
অনুমতি ছাড়া কনটেন্ট কপি বা পুনঃপ্রকাশ আইনত দণ্ডনীয়।
